Purchase Orders: The whole purchase order system has been enhanced. New screens and print options so that you can select batch by date reports. New “Not Billed” field added so that you can run reports for backordered or not billed PO’s. Fax the email info to the parts house and page the PO# to the driver.

The General Ledger Journal in 6D5 has been enhanced with a drill down feature so that you can see the transactions and which jobs are associated. Create journals for any date range.

The Change Job Address Utility has been re-written so that it is easier to apply the changes to all records, just the address on the dispatch screen, a single invoice or contract.

Equipment Checkout feature with notes added to the main menu. Assign drills, jackhammers, even jetters and trucks. Enable the dispatcher (or anyone else who needs to know) where to locate the driver who has the equipment you need. Assign equipment in 5IA.

New views and scanning utilities added in 4Y enable you to quickly view scanned or Linkwriter digital pen invoices, credit card slips and supporting documentation. Quickly make sure that all images are attached.

Bid tracking new print options. Bid notation is added to the Dispatch Browse screen. You can now schedule a job directly from a bid. See the (unlimited & user defined) status of all bids from the manager dashboard (Q).

Scheduling Screen now has the ability to enter email addresses. If you are using the digital pen solution, you can send the invoice to your customer or property management company. Use the emails for marketing and keeping your customer informed.

Message of the Day and Pending Dispatch Files will work in the Multi-Company mode.

Optional Truck and Equipment GPS enhanced maintenance system 5IA & B. If you subscribe to the GPS maintenance system, you can track 20 different maintenance items by date, gps, or odometer. You can even track equipment attached to other pieces of equipment. Scan work tickets, schematics, wiring diagrams, warranty info. Attach digital pen maintenance forms and pictures.

Adjustment Reporting enhanced in 5BI. Print or view reports for any date range for coupons, discounts, write-offs, refunds, finance charges, tax adjustments, returned check fees, returned checks, adjustments to sales, and transfers from one invoice to another.

Lots of credit card enhancements. You now have the ability to processes credit cards online in real time. Many of the reconciliation features work even if you don’t do the real time processing. Tracking reports in 5B, enhancements with full list in 5BO. We have contracted with a credit card processing company who has agreed (because of the volume of service we represent) to underwrite the update in most cases. If you want more information, please fax a copy of your last credit card reconciliation statement to fax number: 316-462-0728. The credit card processing system will work with the digital pen system or by manually entering the credit card information. It automatically generates a credit card deposit (if used with the processing system) at the end of each day.

New mapping system: This update is free if you have subscribed to the mapping system or if you have GPS. If you do not have the FamHost GPS system, the mapping update is $15 per workstation. Mapping is fully integrated into JaRay, so you can see how far a driver is from the job, sort the jobs by how far they are from a driver, see if any drivers are at their homes, see closest driver to another driver, show routes, history, and more. GPS tracking reports can now batch print by date range and driver. Click on any stop to see location on the map. GPS dispatching sorts by distance, time promised, type job, and customer priority and pre-assigned jobs.
