Our goal this year is to help all of

Famhost programs. We're excited to announce that Karen Metcalfe is
joining our |

team and will be available for onsite training.
Karen was responsible for setting up the computer systems and
processes in all of the branch operations for Hoffman Southwest,
Inc.,
which is the largest Roto-Rooter franchisee in the world. Her last
project with HSW was to set up and deploy the Linkwriter digital
pen. Karen will be available for onsite training after the

Pumper & Cleaner show in Nashville.
She is already booked up till the end of February. To get on the

processes and organize your office one-on-one! Mini-training
opportunities at major conventions and on-line classes will be
announced, as well as conventions at our corporate offices in
Wichita.
GPS Update

All of the servers have been updated with the new mapping
system. If you have GPS, you are already updated with the
mini-maps. The large overview map is almost ready and will be
updated soon.

pop-ups in your browser). This is the most up to date and
fastest mapping system you will ever see. By moving the mouse
over a road, you will see the street name and address ranges
in the title bar at the top of the window. This is great for
looking at cross streets. Right click on the map to popup a
menu. Select "Points of Interest" to show gas stations,
restaurants, and other businesses with their phone numbers.

We've been planning for this event for a long time and had to
replace all the servers with multi-processor models and huge
memories in order to run the mapping system. If you don't have the GPS system, you can purchase a

Linkwriter Update
We believe that all of the
Famhost customers will get the digital pen. Not only does it
eliminate waiting for the paperwork to be turned in, but it
speeds data entry. We're adding many more forms, so you will
be able to order the forms you need without waiting. If you
want a demo pen, let us know.

want additional information on the integrated credit card
authorization system, call for a price comparison. We've
partnered with a card processor who has agreed to pick up the
setup and monthly fees for most of our customers based on how
much in credit card charges we can bring through our
customers. So far they've saved everyone a little money too. (More
